When I met Andy, I was new to the Social Work realm. She did not hound me or make me feel less than, instead, she encouraged me and met me where I was. That is why she is an important woman in my life and I VALUE her opinion.

You constantly made me feel heard and important. You constantly encouraged me to trust my gut in situations where I was unsure and you allowed me to find who I truly was. I am who I am today because of you and I mean that.

You are very good at making sure people are heard and seen. I feel like that is so vital in a good leader. I felt like I could come to you with any questions or concerns and they wouldn’t be rejected but welcomed with understanding.
