About Me

Visionary. Connector. Peacemaker. Exhorter. Creative. Strategist.

These are just a few of the ways I'd describe myself, but you can call me Andy.

After seven years of working at a non-profit for girls in foster care, I made the decision to resign. I knew God was calling and redirecting me to do things differently. At the time, I didn't know, but over the course of two years, I sat before the Lord and got clear on what He was calling me to do.

Part of that calling is WOMEN - creating SPACES for women to feel safe and providing RESOURCES for women to grow and develop.

With a Bachelor's degree in Child and Human Development, a Master's in Counseling, and over ten years of experience working in the non-profit sector, I have decided to add showing up in these internet streets to my resume.

My educational journey has played a pivotal role in shaping my approach to personal and professional development for women. My foundation in child and human development has given me a deep understanding of human behavior, growth, and the factors driving personal transformation.

My Master's degree in Counseling has equipped me with the skills to effectively listen, communicate, and guide individuals through challenges, fostering a safe space for them to explore their goals and aspirations. This foundation in counseling has seamlessly transitioned into my work with women, allowing me to create personalized development and action plans that address both their professional and personal growth.

Drawing from my experience in managing interns, volunteers, and performing HR functions at the foster care facility, I've honed my ability to create supportive and empowering environments.

My counseling expertise enables me to facilitate meaningful conversations, empower women to embrace their strengths, and guide them toward realizing their full potential. By combining my education, experience, and passion, I'm dedicated to supporting women in their journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and life success.

As I take this journey in being a vessel and allowing the Lord to use me as He sees fit, I invite you along. Whether that's through an encouraging word, a prayer request, your purchase of the provided resources, or one-on-one coaching, I welcome you.

Let's live our lives poured out like oil together.
